1998 Designers Choice National Award from the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and Homestyle’s Publishing and Marketing.

The Designers Choice Award is bestowed every year by AIBD recognizing the best in the design industry. Laine M. Jones Design won for a new 5200 Square foot custom residence in coastal NH designed to suit the needs of an active growing family.

The Designers Choice Award is selected by a ballot vote by AIBD members as their choice for the most outstanding of all competition entries from 18 states as well as abroad.
Winners were announced in July 1998 at the association’s gala ceremony in Chicago, IL

This home also took the Honor Award in Excellence in the Custom Luxury category.
